You don’t need to register for PayPal, if you don’t already have an account. You can just directly enter credit card details on the PayPal page to pay.
STEP 4 –> After purchase, you’ll receive an email, within a few minutes, with the download links. Download the high resolution linked MP4 file and set it as your mobile phone’s Live (Video) Wallpaper. For Android > Download and install a free live wallpaper app like Video Live Wallpaper from the Google Play Store > open the app > select the downloaded MP4 video > apply as live wallpaper. For iPhone > Convert the MP4 video to a Live Photo using a free app like IntoLive > then set it as your live wallpaper through Settings > Wallpaper > Choose a New Wallpaper. (Similarly you can use your phone’s Settings to set it as Screensaver too.)
