“Income Goals” Never Made Any Sense To Me
In this matrix, we’re taught to identify with how much money we earn – monthly, yearly, or over a lifetime. For a long time, I also had tried to chase a certain amount of monthly or yearly income. But to me, that logic always felt and still feels dissonant. I’ve never needed money just for the sake of having it. I’ve always needed money for something specific – a dream to build, a project to complete, a basic need to cover.
It took me a long time to finally admit to myself that my life isn’t about chasing numbers, like everyone else does. It may seem to work for others in this matrix, but this approach had literally NEVER worked for me! What makes sense to me is living purposefully and manifesting what I truly need and desire. That’s why I’ve given up setting arbitrary income goals. Instead, I now focus on funding specific dreams – things that actually matter to me, and create a positive impact on my life and creativity.
